Aside from the bat signal in the final frame of the season finale, we never got our Robert Pattinson in the lead role in «The Penguin.» In this short video, IMDb attempts to answer: Where the hell was Batman? For his own series, however, the character is depicted as a casual smoker, with a penchant for cigars.

I wouldn’t have thought it for this role, but Colin Farrell just gave the best performance of his career with an amazing portrayal of the Penguin. If he doesn’t get Best Actor at the Golden Globes, SAG Awards and everywhere else, he won’t appreciate how the producers, writers and incredible makeup team helped Colin Turin deliver this incredible performance that will be the hallmark of his career and the defining role of Penguin for the next 3 generations.
